Philips energy saving lamps (Essential, Tornado, Genie, Ambiance, Helix, Ecotone, Easyscene) and Philips LED lamps.

WARRANTY VOID IF:
- No store code and date of purchase (DD/MM/YY).
- No proof of purchase receipt/bill/invoice
- Product is modified.
- Product is damaged due to :
- misuse, accidents, damaged in transit or other physical damage.
- Abnormal operation/negligence.
- Outdoor application
- Enclosed downlight application
- Small downlight application (min. space 1.5 cm from reflector)
- Natural disaster and other emergencies.
- Production code of product has been removed.
- Product purchased without SNI Code -> parallel import.

Claim Mechanism :
What we informed here is "Garansi Toko" which only for traditional store. As for sale purchase on Modern Retail stores, store warranty is only for 2 weeks, but after 2 weeks, the warranty is available by contacting our toll free line (philips care), as stated below.
