Now you can easily exchange your Philips energy saving lamps, for any quality defects, as following :
– Inoperative/zero hour

– Defect cap
– Half burning
– Coating problem
– shortlife/lamps after several hours/week/month.

Warranty valid for following products :
Philips energy saving lamps (Essential, Tornado, Genie, Ambiance, Helix, Ecotone, Easyscene) and Philips LED lamps.
Note: SiTrang is out of warranty scope.

WARRANTY VOID IF:
- No store code and date of purchase (DD/MM/YY).
- No proof of purchase receipt/bill/invoice
- Product is modified.
- Product is damaged due to :
- misuse, accidents, damaged in transit or other physical damage.
- Abnormal operation/negligence.
- Outdoor application
- Enclosed downlight application
- Small downlight application (min. space 1.5 cm from reflector)
- Natural disaster and other emergencies.
- Production code of product has been removed.
- Product purchased without SNI Code -> parallel import.
